2. Refund & Replacement Policy We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. However, we do provide account replacements if an issue occurs on the first login attempt.

Why We Do Not Issue Refunds Once an account is delivered to a customer:

The customer has full access to the account’s credentials (Account username: Account Password: email & password). If a refund were issued, the customer would still retain access, which could compromise future resale. For security reasons, we cannot resell returned accounts, ensuring fairness for all buyers. By purchasing from ToyBox Accounts, you understand and accept this no-refund policy.

3. Account Responsibility & Liability Once an account has been successfully accessed, you are solely responsible for its use and maintenance. We do not take responsibility for any actions taken with the account after successful login. Any modifications, bans, suspensions, or other actions imposed on the account by Instagram after your purchase are not our responsibility.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes By purchasing from ToyBox Accounts, you agree not to file a chargeback or dispute. Any unauthorized disputes will result in the suspension of your ability to purchase from our store in the future.

5. Order Processing & Delivery Orders are processed immediately after payment is confirmed. Accounts are delivered to the email provided at checkout. If you do not receive your accounts within the specified time, please contact us at @ToyBoxAccounts on Telegram.
